Digital Marketing · Posting Automation

Publishing is not the hard part.
Remembering to is.

Posting Automation runs your calendar for you. It publishes to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X on a cadence you set, alternates formats so the feed never looks repetitive, and skips the days you do not want to post. Nothing goes out without a human click unless you deliberately turn that off.

Posting Automation

Publish this week?

4 platforms staged
Captions written per platform
Sundays skipped, formats alternating
Scarlett, Digital Marketing Lead
Scarlett · Digital Marketing Lead
A month staged in one pass. Approve the ideas once, the schedule handles the rest.
Per-platform captions. LinkedIn never reads like recycled Instagram.
Held for one human click. Auto-publish is off by default, and stays off until you flip it.
Cadence, not a firehose. Formats alternate and the days you pick stay quiet.

How It Works

Four moves. Every one of them yours to stop.

1
Your calendar is planned from research, not a template

Julia reads your search data and the week's focus, then briefs the set. The calendar is an output of what is worth saying, not a grid someone filled in on a Monday.

2
Each idea is shaped per platform

One idea becomes a carousel, a static and a long-form post, each written for the platform it lands on rather than copy-pasted across four feeds.

3
Everything lands in Render first

Design, copy and the quality verdict in one view. Approve, reschedule or reject. Nothing publishes behind your back.

4
It publishes on the cadence you set

Formats alternate so the feed has texture, and the days you do not want to post stay empty.

The System Behind It

Ciny Suite pipeline

The same pipeline that publishes for Ruh AI every day. It produced 222 pieces last month, and every one of them was held for a human approval before it went anywhere.

Honest Limits

What this does not do yet.

X requires you to buy your own API tier. We cannot publish to it on your behalf without it.
LinkedIn publishing runs through an approved connector, not an unrestricted API. That is a platform rule, not a choice.
Auto-publish exists, and it is off by default. We would rather you turn it on deliberately than discover it.
Questions

Asked before every walkthrough

Does anything publish without me approving it?

No, not unless you deliberately switch auto-publish on for a module. The default is off, and individual pieces you create by hand always land in Render for your click.

Which platforms are supported today?

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. X needs you to hold your own API tier.

Can I control which days it posts?

Yes. The cadence alternates formats and skips the days you exclude.
