Module overview
Brand Social publishes for Ruh AI to its blog, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Newsletter drafting is available, social reporting is in build, and scheduled email and video are planned. Human approval is the default unless auto-publish is deliberately switched on for your account.
Service scope
Teams with expertise to share but no consistent way to turn it into reviewed articles, visual assets and channel-specific posts.
Your audience, brand pack, source material, channel access and a named reviewer. Agree which formats matter before building a calendar.
A scoped content and publishing workflow. Articles, branded statics and carousels, and publishing to a blog, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram are live. Newsletter drafting is available, social reporting is in build, and scheduled email and video are planned.
Illustrative example
A product update could become an explanatory article, a carousel and separate social captions. An editor checks the claims and each format before anything is released.
Review publication completion and connected channel results by format. A content count is not evidence of qualified leads or revenue.
What runs inside
You pay for what you switch on. Each automation shows its status, so you can choose where to start.
Compare every automationPublishes approved statics and blog promos to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and carousels to LinkedIn, at fixed daily times with Sundays off. Captions are written per platform, so the LinkedIn post is not a copy of the Instagram one.
Branded statics and carousels built from your brand pack: four fixed carousel layouts (hook, stat, insight, CTA), your colours and logo, and stock photos screened by keyword and industry rules.
Article drafts shaped by your brand guidance, with covers, infographics and relevant internal links, published to a Strapi CMS once approved. Research identifies the reader question, and a person checks the evidence and usefulness before release. Length does not guarantee rankings.
Planned scheduled campaigns and drip sequences for opted-in audiences, separate from newsletter drafting.
Drafts newsletter issues from your blogs and selected trending sources for review.
Reels are coming soon. Short-form video is personal to each audience, so we have built more than one video system and are choosing the one that fits what people respond to.
Facebook and Instagram post insights and a learning loop that feeds them into the next briefs are built.

From knowledge to content
Start with the questions your audience actually asks. Research and a practical brief give articles, social assets and newsletters a direction.
Content support is useful when your team can explain the offer but struggles to turn that knowledge into consistent, finished assets. It is also useful when current content sounds interchangeable with competitors and needs more specific business detail.
The starting point is not a promise to publish every day. It is a clear audience question and the information your team can contribute. A company with a complex service might need an explanation of how an engagement works. Another might need social assets that answer recurring buyer objections.
This service is not a substitute for subject expertise. When a claim depends on how your product works, someone qualified from your business needs to confirm it. Paid advertising sits outside this content scope.
R&D is the research and briefing workspace. The team reviews relevant signals alongside your approved business context, then chooses which questions deserve attention in the weekly priorities. The output is a direction for the work, not an unfiltered list of trending topics.
Keep a named owner for unresolved facts and idea decisions. An approved topic can move into production, but the completed asset still needs its own review.
Identify the reader, their decision and the useful information your business can contribute. Separate a current announcement from a topic that will stay relevant.
Choose the format, supporting facts and next step. For an article, connect the brief to the intended page and search intent. For a carousel, define the sequence before writing individual slides.
Evergreen organises monthly ideas and keywords for recurring blogs, statics and carousels. It is a planning and production workflow, not simply a filter for old assets.
Agree the formats and quantities in the engagement. The content is developed for each format rather than treating an article excerpt as a finished social campaign.
Recurring planning can organise evergreen topics and production. A topic plan identifies work worth considering. It does not authorise every finished asset or establish that an item has been published.
| Format | Useful for | Review the whole asset |
|---|---|---|
| Article or guide | Explaining a process, decision or specialist question | Structure, facts, examples, links and next step |
| Carousel | A sequence, comparison or compact explanation | Every slide, its order, the caption and visual accuracy |
| Static and social post | One focused idea or announcement | The image, caption, business context and destination |
The strongest inputs are often already in your business: the questions sales answers, the process your team follows and the distinctions customers regularly misunderstand. Approved source material gives the brief substance.
If evidence is missing, the answer is to obtain it, qualify the statement or leave it out. A plausible statistic or invented customer quotation is not a replacement.
Who the work is for, what you provide, what is excluded and the decision a buyer is trying to make.
Accurate specifications, approved explanations and examples you have permission to publish. Flag confidential or outdated material.
Preferred terminology, relevant brand guidance and someone who can resolve factual questions.
The Loop runs selected production workflows and exposes their progress. The article, static and carousel studios support work on individual pieces. This gives the team two ways to work: a planned production run or a focused asset that needs attention.
Inspect a carousel as a complete sequence, not just its first slide. Check image and text requests against the connected editing worker before promising a revision. Completed material belongs in the content library so the team can find and reuse the right asset.
Agree which production and review functions are deployed for your workspace. Recent approval automation is still rollout-dependent, and this process does not claim every automated guardrail is active in every account.
| Stage | What the team checks |
|---|---|
| Queued or running | The job has started or is waiting. No finished asset is assumed. |
| Completed output | The article, image or full set of slides is available to inspect. |
| Revision requested | The correction is tied to the affected version and supported by a source. |
| Ready for release planning | The reviewed asset and its destination are clear. |
The relationship between formats should be based on the audience need, not on how many variants can be generated from a prompt.
The brief for each asset should preserve the same facts while adapting the level of detail. If the source process changes, inspect the related assets too. Repurposing saves repeated research, but it does not remove the need to review each finished format.

The editorial checkpoint
Read the article, inspect every carousel slide and follow the destination links. Business facts and audience perspective belong in the same conversation.
What the review checksAI can help organise information and develop a draft. The review asks whether the asset answers the intended question, adds useful business information and supports its factual claims.
The Eye provides AI audience perspectives that may flag an unclear opening, a weak explanation or a claim worth checking. By default, 20 AI reader personas score each Loop cycle after the content is written. It is not a panel of real customers and it does not block publishing. Its output is input to review, not an independent guarantee of accuracy.
Automated checks also run on the review-first publishing path. A claims guard blocks absolute promises and figures about named third parties, and records other unsourced figures for the reviewer. An image check refuses a post whose image is missing, stock photos are screened by alt-text keywords and industry terms, and repeated stock photos are blocked. A keyword freeze holds blogs whose terms sit inside a live SEO measurement window, and a publish ledger skips a social post that already went out in the last 24 hours. These checks can miss things, so a person still approves each piece.
Review the asset that will actually be released, including visuals, captions and links. Approve material changes again. The goal is accurate, useful work, not content engineered to fool an AI detector.
The content-quality review checklistBrand Social also drafts newsletters for review. Confirm the audience and sender before planning a first send. Use it for a focused update, a useful explanation or a collection of approved content with a clear reason to read.
Newsletter support does not imply autonomous drip campaigns or a working connection to every email provider. Sending scope and responsibilities must be confirmed for the engagement.
Confirm the audience, purpose and sender. Use an authorised recipient list and agree who is responsible for audience permissions.
Review the subject, body, images and destination links together. Confirm the intended recipients and connected sending route.
Check the available provider evidence. Acceptance of a request is not proof of inbox delivery, engagement or a sale.
Approved work needs a channel, date and clear release responsibility. Supported scheduling depends on the connected setup. A calendar slot and a confirmed publication are different states.
For website articles, review relevant page and query trends over comparable periods. For social work, use the metrics actually available from the channel. Keep asset, publication date and campaign context alongside the numbers so the next decision has a foundation.
A post receiving attention does not by itself establish a qualified enquiry or sale. Where business outcomes can be connected reliably, consider them. Where attribution is missing, state the limitation instead of filling the gap with a success claim.
How approval and release are separatedThe system behind it
Every module runs the same five moves: read the signals, decide what is worth doing, make it, hold it for approval, then measure what it changed. The signals and the output differ. The discipline does not.
